Psalm 110
In this Psalm David records God’s two-part divine pronouncement that seems to be directed toward a Davidic descendant; someone from David’s lineage.
VV. 1-3 (Adonai Is Pictured As A Conquering, Victorious Warrior King)
VV. 4-7 (Adonai Is Pictured As A Divine Priest And Then Again As A Warrior King)
So, combining the two parts of the oracle, we have a Divine Priest-Warrior King, who is a descendant of David, and is highly favored by Yahweh.
